REFUNDS

REFUND POLICIES:

• All refund requests can be made until seven (7) calendar days prior to the camp date (see dates below). Should you request a refund prior to seven (7) days, you will receive a refund minus a $55 fee ($100 refunded). If you would like to cancel within 7 calendar days of the camp date, please email the Camp Director at [email protected]. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Head Coach and Camp Director. Should a refund be issued, it will be $100 (Price of the camp minus an operational fee). You can also request to transfer your registration from one camp date to another, at no additional cost. Please email your transfer request to [email protected]. It will be confirmed via email and you will receive a new confirmation email.

• June 23- Refund needs to be requested by June 16, 2023
• July 5- Refund needs to be requested by June 28, 2023
• July 6- Refund needs to be requested by June 29, 2023

• July 21- Refund needs to be requested by July 14, 2023
• July 22- Refund needs to be requested by July 15, 2023
• July 23- Refund needs to be requested by July 16, 2023

WHAT TO WEAR

• Participants should wear T-Shirt and shorts and bring both cleats and sneakers (Fields are Artificial Turf).
• Helmets and Shoulder pads will NOT be used at camp.
POSITION ONE DAY CAMPS: All campers should bring cleats, sneakers, t-shirt, shorts, and sunscreen.
KICKING ONE DAY CAMPS: All campers should bring cleats, sneakers, t-shirt, shorts, and sunscreen.

WEATHER

• Camp is rain or shine. In the case of inclement weather we will be advised by training staff as to extent of delay, if necessary.

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

REGISTERING FOR MULTI SESSIONS

• You are welcome to register for as many sessions as you like. If you compete as a specialist (Kicker/Punter/Long Snapper), in addition to another position, you may opt to attend multiple sessions as well. Most players find that one session is perfect for their summer schedule constraints.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

• Online registration for camp will close at 11:30pm the night before each camp date.

WALK-UPS

• Will be accepted, however all paperwork and waivers need to be completed prior to joining any activities

PARENTS

• Parents will be able to observe all portions of the clinic that are taking place on the fields.
We will not be providing lunch for parents. We may have some for sale, but this is not guaranteed. We will have beverages for sale. Please refer to the Planning Your Visit tab for a list of local restaurants and eateries.

LUNCH

• Lunch will be provided for the athlete and is included in the price of registration.
