REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

• All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. You will received a confirmation email once your request has been processed. 

• The platform fee under all circumstances is non refundable.

• Refund requests received on or before 1 week before the start date of camp will be eligible to receive a refund. Any refund requests made after that date will not be processed. Please see the cut-off dates for requesting a refund below. When requesting a refund, please note that a $55 admin fee for all Day Clinics and a $45 admin fee for all Specialist Clinics is non-refundable."

• Transfers - You can also request to transfer your registration from one camp date to another, at no additional cost. It will be confirmed via email and you will receive a new confirmation email.

June 21 • Refund by June 14th
June 27 • Refund by June 20
June 28 • Refund by June 21
July 8 • Refund by July 1
July 9 • Refund by July 2
July 10 • Refund by July 3
July 15 • Refund by July 8
July 16 • Refund by July 9

Specialist Clinics:
June 27 • Refund by June 20
July 8 • Refund by July 1     


Camps/clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade, level, and/or gender)
